With over 30 years' experience working as a Shaman and Healer with Medicine Men and Shamans around the world, Shaman Jonathan is an old, experienced hand when it comes to many types of meditation.

Spiritual Meditation

In Spiritual Meditation practices you will learn to connect and engage with your Spirit Guides, Power Animals, Guardian Angels and those on the other side.

Astral Traveling

With Astral Traveling you'll unpack the basics of how to leave your body and travel in other dimensions and realms as a spirit only.

Transcendental Meditation

Transcendental Meditation empowers you with techniques that avoid distracting thoughts and promote a relaxed state of awareness, and is derived from the Ancient Vedic tradition.

Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness Meditation is derived from the Buddhist anapanasati, and involves the intentional, accepting and non-judgmental focus of one's attention on the thoughts, emotions and sensations that are occurring in the present moment.

Heart-based Meditation

Based on the teachings of The HeartMath Institute and The Global Coherence Initiative, Heart-based Meditation will teach you how to minimize your stress levels, feel clearer and more focused and generate positive, loving, heart-based care and appreciation in almost any situation.

In fact, like exercise and almost everything else, it becomes easier to stay focused on your meditation practice when you have a set time and place you have to be at to engage in the activity.

In addition, attending group meditation classes allows you to draw on the morphic resonance of Shaman Jonathan and the others in the class, so that you further expand your practice and ability.

Morphic resonance, a concept proposed by Rupert Sheldrake, basically speaks to the fact that beings surrounded by other beings will pick up knowledge and learning from those other beings on the energetic, subconscious or instinctual level. You can read more about morphic resonance here.
